Reminder to Ori and MiNi members that there is a mat session on Sunday 19th May 2019.

When: 4.30pm to 6.30pm

Where: Hills Road sports centre, in the gallery (see the location on Google Maps)

What: syllabus content plus some interesting extras if we have time

Who:

• MiNis: Orange belts and higher
• Ori: Yellow belts and higher

Members of the above belts are encouraged to attend these additional sessions. For intermediate and advanced belts in particular, it is difficult to progress with certain aspects of the syllabus without attending these.
