Try traditional Taekwondo, a fun physical activity that is great for mind, body and soul, at our free, low-impact taster session on Thursday 3rd October. This session for women aged 50 and up will take place at the William Collyn Community Centre in Girton with Instructor Jenny. No experience necessary!
MAUL is a caring community of women who inspire and support each other to learn and achieve. Whatever your level of fitness, your shape or your wories, you will find an enthusiastic and safe environment to realise the power of your body.
